Meijer Notarissen has executed its first fully digital deed of incorporation for a Dutch private limited liability company (B.V.) and is now fully prepared for the growing demand for digital incorporations.

After more than 41 years of being active in the notarial profession, of which nearly 33 years as a civil-law notary, Maarten R. Meijer will leave the notarial profession on 1 January 2025.
