Recently, civil-law notary Nick van Dijk and candidate civil-law notary Anouk Jansen handled the first fully digital incorporation of a B.V. for clients at Meijer Civil-law Notaries in Amsterdam. Although it has been possible to incorporate a B.V. entirely digitally since January 1, 2024, the number of fully digitally incorporated B.V.s has not yet taken off significantly.
Due to a growing demand among clients, we have ensured that we now have a complete blueprint ready for clients wishing to incorporate a B.V. entirely digitally.
Nick and Anouk expect that the demand for fully digital incorporations will increase even further in the future and that other deeds may also be executed entirely digitally in the future.
